The trial of a 32-year old Fullerton man accused of ejaculating into a female colleague’s drink bottle has come to an end with Michael Lallana being found guilty of assault and battery. Tiffany claimed that she had left a drink bottle on her desk at the office over a weekend in January of last year, and that when she returned to work on the Monday morning she discovered a strange taste that she believed was semen. To do this, she told the court that she asked her partner to put his semen in a bottle to see if it resembled the odd-tasting water she’d found at her office. He admitted that he had ejaculated into Tiffany’s water bottle, telling detectives: “It was the closest I could ever get to someone as good looking as that without tampering with my marriage or hurting anyone.” However, he denied that he’d wanted her to drink the water. “Why I left it there, I don’t know.” Detectives asked him why he didn’t throw the bottle away then, but he told them he was worried about her noticing the bottle had gone.
